Superintendent/Principal Communication

Dear Parents,

It is hard to believe that we are reaching the end of October. Although we have had to work through many challenges, we are pleased with how the school year is going to date. Our teachers and staff continue to work hard through every obstacle that has been placed in front of them. We know that you, as parents, have had obstacles as well. My desire is that we continue to work toward a unified front, and we all partner together to prepare our students for God’s calling.

The past week we hosted the ACSI Re-Accreditation Team from Sunday through Wednesday. The purpose of the team is to fully examine either standards from which we are measured and then either offer an additional accreditation term or to make us put a contingency plan in place. I am pleased to say that the visit was finalized, granting us accreditation with solid commendations as well as some recommendations moving forward. Next week, we will highlight several of the commendations as well as the recommendations to keep you informed as Emmanuel moves forward.

John Essig, Superintendent
