ECA Student Receives Offers of Appointment to Two Academies
Noah Willis, Emmanuel Christian Academy class of 2020, received a dual nomination from U.S. Congressman, Warren Davidson to attend either the U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA) or the U.S. Military Academy (USMA) at West Point.
To add to this amazing accomplishment, Noah also received Presidential and Senatorial nominations, and subsequently has received offers of appointment to BOTH academies! Each of these offers is the equivalent of a $400,000 scholarship to attain a Bachelors degree and a commission as an officer in either military branch.
ECA is excited to see what decision Noah will make, and if he will add to our part in the Long Grey Line (USMA graduates) or the Long Blue Line (USAFA graduates) as ECA has sent two other graduates on to these prestigious service academies in previous years.
Noah displayed exemplary leadership, citizenship and academic achievement which allowed him to be a standout among other applicants, and we couldn’t be more proud of him. It is a great witness for Christian education and a high mark for ECA in our quest for academic excellence!
Congratulations Noah!
