The goal and philosophy of Emmanuel’s Athletic Program is to provide athletic competition for students who are in grades 7-12 and to bring glory to God through our involvement with athletics by giving our best effort in school and during practices and games while upholding our faith and strong testimony in the community.

Emmanuel is a member of the Metro Buckeye Conference and Ohio High School Athletic Association.

Family Sports Pass

(Home events only)

Guidelines

• ECA Students TK-12 are admitted to any home contest at no charge

• ECA coaches and all employees and their immediate family receive free admission.

• Anyone may purchase a pass for our sports contests

• Passes can include up to a maximum of 4 names. Each additional name is $35 each

• Children that are not school aged are not charged at games, and do not need to be included on the Family Pass.

• CHILDREN MUST REMAIN SEATED IN THE STANDS DURING CONTEST.

• Family members will give their name and be admitted to the contest

• VALID ONLY during Junior High/High School sports contests; reserved seating DOES NOT apply to other ECA events held in the gym (concerts, graduation, etc.)

Download the Family Sports Pass form, complete and turn it into the ECA Front Desk or at the Admission table with payment

We are easily accessible from Rt. 68. Take the Rt. 334 Exit and follow east to the light at Middle Urbana Road. Go south on Middle Urbana Road for about 1 mile and the school is located on the east side of the road.

Date: Saturday, June 7, 2025
Location: Locust Hills Golf Club
Check In: 1:00PM
Shotgun Start: 2:00PM

Cost: $80 per person / $300 for a 4-person team
Includes 18 holes of golf, cart, and a post-golf dinner

The Athletic Boosters will be selling Mulligans for $5 each, 5 for $20 and 10 for $40 (10 is the max per team).

We’ll have fun activities and games at specific holes, so be sure to bring extra money!

 FORMS & RESOURCES

Registration for Emmanuel junior high and high school athletics is initiated through Family ID and must be completed by the first day of practice. All student-athletes are all required to have a physical each year. Please print the OHSAA physical form for your doctor and upload it to Family ID when you register. Final payments for participation are due by the end of the first week of practice.

ATHLETIC TRAINING SERVICES

Athletic Training services for Emmanuel Christian Academy are provided by Ohio Valley Surgical Hospital.
