COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at ECA

Emmanuel Christian will be providing COVID-19 vaccines to anyone interested, age 16 and up on Friday, April 23rd between 7:30AM - 11:00AM in the school Conference Room.

The 2nd dose will also be provided at Emmanuel on Friday, May 14 between 7:30AM - 11:00AM.

If your student is going to participate, please pick up a consent form from the school clinic or download the Consent and Registration form HERE.

Return the completed forms to the front office or email them to our nurse, Keri Faust (kfaust@ecaoh.com). Once received, she will call beginning Monday 4/19/2021 to schedule your time slot. Please return the forms as soon as possible.
