WHO: Optional for Juniors (no charge), Freshman ($18) and Sophomores ($18)

WHAT:  PSAT Test - a shortened version of the SAT that tests skills in reading, math and writing.

WHERE: Emmanuel Christian Academy

WHEN: Tuesday, October 25, 2022 from 8:05AM - 12:00PM (approximately)

WHY:

• To gain experience taking a nationally normed test.

• To identify strengths/weaknesses as compared to other juniors on a national level.

• To complete the first step in entering the National Merit Scholarship Corporation competition for college scholarships.

• To have the voluntary option of having colleges send you information on admissions, scholarship agencies, and financial aid.

• To have access to My College Quickstart resources.

HOW TO PREPARE:

• Your son/daughter should look over and answer questions in the PSAT Student Guide.

• Get a good night's sleep the night before the test.

• Eat a healthy breakfast the morning before the test.

• Arrive to school on time.
