The Von Trapp Children Auditions are being held from 3:30PM - 4:30PM on Monday, October 16th AND on Thursday, October 19th for the spring musical, The Sound of Music

Students must attend BOTH dates. Invited finalists will attend callbacks after school on Thursday, October 26th.

Two or more of the Von Trapp Children will be played by our younger 3rd - 6th grade students. Due to the youthfulness of some of the Von Trapp Children, we're inviting elementary and middle school boys and girls to audition for the roles of Gretl, Marta, Brigitta, and Kurt. These are the only roles available to 3rd - 6th grade.

Featuring a trove of cherished songs, including "Climb Ev'ry Mountain," "My Favorite Things," "De-Re-Mi," "Sixteen Going ton  Seventeen" and the title number, The Sound of Music follows the Von Trapps as they come together with the musical teachings of an exuberant nun. 

Students do not need to prepare for auditions as they will learn music, dance, and scenes at the auditions. The Sound of Music will perform February 22nd, 23rd and 24th.
